Phase Two Exhibition

The second exhibition of the 10th Touch Art Festival will grandly open on November 19, 2024. This exhibition will showcase tactile artworks created by visually impaired children cared for by Headnepal. These pieces are filled with the creativity and emotions of the children, reflecting their unique perspectives and understanding of the world. These artworks are not only visually appealing but also allow the audience to feel and experience them through touch.

Additionally, the exhibition will feature works created by local art students, who have transformed the tactile artworks of Nepalese children into colorful pieces as a form of artistic response and exchange. These creations not only demonstrate the skills and imagination of the artists but also emphasize the connections between different cultures, enabling the audience to appreciate artistic expressions from diverse backgrounds.

Furthermore, members of the Multicultural Connection from Nepal will present touchable objects and artworks from Nepalese families during the exhibition. These items not only hold cultural significance but also provide the audience with a

deeper understanding of Nepal's traditions and lifestyle. This display will enhance audience engagement, allowing them to experience foreign cultures through touch.

On the opening day, members of the Multicultural Connection will offer Nepalese drinks and snacks, inviting visitors to engage their sense of smell and taste in the experience of touch art. This multi-sensory approach enriches the content of the exhibition and provides the audience with a completely new artistic experience, transforming art from merely a visual enjoyment into a multi-dimensional journey of sensations.

We sincerely invite you to attend the opening ceremony of the second exhibition of the 10th Touch Art Festival! This is a unique opportunity to appreciate a variety of wonderful works and experience the charm of art.
